Shipping Policy

Order processing. Lady May Tallow orders are processed on business days. Processing and carrier transit estimates are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We may require additional time for order verification, high order volume, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Summer shipping and heat protection (May–September). Because tallow can soften in heat, orders placed during the warmer months ship Monday through Thursday. We aim to ship the same day or the next business day by available expedited service, typically 2–3 business days in transit. Summer orders are packed in thermal-lined packaging with ice packs as appropriate.

Shipping rates.

• Orders under $50: $6 shipping
• Orders from $50 to $100: $9 shipping
• Orders over $100: $12 shipping

Tracking and delivery. When tracking is available, we provide it after shipment. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, carrier delays and delivery events are outside our control. Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

Heat damage and delivery issues. If an order arrives melted, heat-damaged, damaged in transit, incorrect, or materially delayed, contact may@ladymaytallow.com promptly with your order number and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
